• Entrance into the Country Fair from 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. for up to Fifteen people (Additional guests may be added. See pricing information below)

• Use of our private, decorated party corral from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. the day of your party, with a server available from 11:30 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. or from 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

• Party favors for the children

• Lunch for each guest-Pizza with a side Caesar Salad. Your Remlinger Farms party server will serve your lunch and party cake and ice cream

• Other add-on options available with an additional charge -- see list below.

• Party room food cleanup by 12:30 p.m. or 3:30 p.m.

• You must make a $100.00 deposit WITHIN 48 HOURS of submitting this application. Please call our Customer Service Desk at 425-333-4135 ext. 251 with your Credit Card Information. We cannot hold or reserve any dates until this deposit has been received.
• After you make your deposit, if you notify us of a party cancellation two weeks prior to party date, a $50.00 refund will be made to you. With less then two weeks or in the case
  of no notification, no refund will be made
• You must pay for the balance of the party on the date of the party
• You must provide us with an estimated guest count upon booking
• You must provide us with food choices from menu options and guest count not later than two weeks prior to party date
• You must provide us with a guest list not later than two days before party date
• You may not bring in any outside food

Costs:

• Summer (May thru September 26): basic birthday party package is $299.00 plus tax for up to 15 people (adult or child). Additional guests may be added to your party for $14.75 per person plus tax. (Optional add-on item prices available by contacting us).

• Sept. 27, 28 & October Weekends: basic birthday party package is $349.00 plus tax for up to 15 people (adult or child). Additional guests may be added to your party for $17.75 per person plus tax. (Optional add-on item prices available by contacting us).

Optional items that may be added to your party for an additional cost include, but are not limited to:

• a private pony handler
• fruit plate
• vegetable plate
• tray of cookies or brownies
• carrot cake
