Known for their explosive energy, tight harmonies, and charismatic performances, The Heats have been rocking the Pacific Northwest since the late 1970s, creating a dedicated following and leaving their mark on the local music scene. 🎤🎸

Their 1980 debut album, “Have an Idea”, produced by Heart guitarist Howard Leese, is considered one of the 50 most essential power pop albums of all time by Goldmine magazine. With hits like “I Don’t Like Your Face” and “Ordinary Girls,” The Heats captivated audiences with their uniquely Northwest twist on catchy pop and rock sounds.

The Heats have shared the stage with some of the biggest names in rock, including The Kinks, Heart, and The Knack, playing to packed clubs and arenas throughout the U.S. 🎶🔥

On this night they have a special guest, The Cowboys featuring Rick Smith. Emerging in 1979, The Cowboys quickly rose to the forefront of the Pacific Northwest’s club scene. Three musicians from the legendary band have reunited: bass guitarist Jack Hanan, a founding member; Ernie Sapiro (guitar); and Marty Waychoff (drums). They are joined by Rick Smith (guitar, vocals), lead singer and songwriter for The Girls (1977-1980) and various other local bands and solo projects.
