The field faces west with Mount Si behind it. Here’s where our regulars set up—no gear rules, no fee, just be kind to the vines.
And before you think you’ve photographed every pumpkin patch at Remlinger Farms, there’s a plot twist.
We have two.
One grows in the dirt.
The other glows in glass.
After the pumpkin field and Pumpkin Village, wander into the Robert Bank Glass Studio, also known as the Glass Barn, where you’ll find an entire patch of handmade mini glass pumpkins. Rows of tiny pumpkins in oranges, greens, golds, clear glass and colors nature never got around to inventing.
They catch the light beautifully, every one is a little different, and if your timing happens to line up, you might even catch a glass pumpkin taking shape while you’re there.
So yes, bring enough camera roll for both pumpkin patches.

- Early-field haze, or the last hour before close. The Glass Barn has the unfair advantage of making its own sparkle all day.
- Best row
- Follow the open-row signs to the longest pumpkin lane. Then find the decidedly less muddy rows in the glass pumpkin patch.
- Best angle
- Phone low, on the dirt, pumpkin left, ridge right. At the Glass Barn, get closer and let the light, color and reflections in the glass do the showing off.
- Best surprise
- Two pumpkin patches. One grows. One glows. Photograph both.

Do we need tickets for U-Pick?
No. The U-Pick fields are free to enter whenever they are open, and parking is free. You pay only for what you pick.
Is Fall Festival admission required for pumpkin picking?
No. Pumpkin U-Pick is its own field experience. Fall Festival admission is separate and only needed for the ticketed festival attractions.

Wheelbarrows are provided in the pumpkin field. Picking flats are provided during Strawberry and Raspberry U-Pick.
