Everything people ask us about a concert at the farm. Still stuck? We would rather you asked than guessed.

Where can I buy tickets?

Advanced tickets are available onsite right here at Remlinger Farms during regular market hours (Wednesday-Saturday, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m., and Sunday, 12 p.m. to 7 p.m.) at our Customer Service kiosk, or at the Paramount Theatre Box Office (located at 9th Avenue & Pine Street in Seattle, Monday-Friday from 10am - 6pm). You can avoid most fees with these two in-person options. You can also purchase tickets online through STG's website; stgpresents.org Please note our official ticketing partner is Ticketmaster and that additional fees apply if you purchase tickets online.

What if I bought tickets for the wrong day, or what if I can't make the event?

All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges are permitted.

Is there a bus or shuttle to make getting there easier?

When does the box office open?

The onsite box office opens 2 hours prior to each performance before each concert for same-day ticketing and assistance.

What am I allowed to bring inside?

The following items are allowed in the venue: You may bring your own empty non-glass reusable water bottles – filling stations will be available on site Reasonably sized strollers Handheld umbrellas will be permitted – however, they must not obstruct the view of others Low seat chairs welcome – under 24” H. Please note: there will be a chair-free zone located in front of each stage Sunscreen

What is prohibited and I should leave it at home?

The following items are not permitted in the venue: Aerosol Cans Alcohol Animals/Pets (except service animals) Audio/Video Recording Equipment Balloons, Beach Balls or related items Battery-operated/electric clothing or battery-operated/electric blankets Cans, Bottles, Glass or containers (empty plastic water bottles are allowed) Chains, Studded Bracelets, etc. Use of Cigarettes, Marijuana, Vape Pens, etc. Coolers or Ice Chests Drones Flowtoys Glass bottles Glow Sticks Illegal Drugs and/or paraphernalia Laser Pens and Pointers Noisemaking Devices: whistles, air horns, etc. Outside Food, Beverages, Bottled Water, etc. Pamphlets, fliers, handbills (unless previously approved) Professional Photography Equipment (unless previously approved) Poles/Sticks to display flags, banners, etc. Signs, banners, flags, etc. Skateboards, Rollerblades, Bikes, etc. Weapons of any kind: pepper spray, tear gas, handcuffs, stun guns, etc. * Any other item deemed inappropriate by the Event Management Team. * Weapons are not allowed at Remlinger Farms events, or anywhere on our properties, regardless of any licenses or permits. This includes firearms, pepper spray, tasers, knives, fireworks, explosives, and other threatening objects of any kind (determined at the discretion of our security staff). Patrons who attempt to bring such items into our venues will be asked to return them to their vehicle. Remlinger Farms, as well as STG, will not hold or be responsible for any such items. Unattended items left outside the facility doors will be discarded to ensure patron safety.

Is there food available at the concert?

Absolutely! We have multiple food vendors located throughout our outdoor concert venue, offering a variety of delicious options to satisfy every craving. Whether you're in the mood for something savory, sweet, or refreshing, you'll find something to enjoy. 🍽 Food Options Include: Fiesta Bites – Chicken tamales, chipotle chicken wraps, corn on the cob, and chips & salsa. Pizza by Marco – Freshly made pizza (pepperoni & cheese), garden salads, and Caesar salads. Rockin’ Grill – Burgers, BBQ beef sandwiches, all-beef hot dogs, fries, and chips. Sweet Encore – Empanadas (apple & marionberry), carrot cake, brownies, and kettle corn. 💧 Water Refill Station – Bringing your own reusable water bottle? Great! We have a water refill station onsite so you can stay hydrated throughout the show. Bottled water is also available for purchase at all food stands. 🍺 Beer Garden – A selection of local craft beers and ciders is available in our designated beer garden (21+ with valid ID). Whether you're looking for a full meal, a quick snack, or something sweet to end the night, we've got you covered!

Can I bring my own water bottle?

Yes! We encourage guests to bring their own EMPTY , non-glass reusable water bottles to stay hydrated during the concert. A water refill station is available inside the venue for free refills. If you prefer, bottled water is available for purchase at all food stands. Please note: Outside drinks, including bottled water from home, are not permitted inside the venue.

Is alcohol available at the concert?

Yes! Guests 21 and over with a valid ID can enjoy a variety of local craft beers and ciders in our beer garden. Alcohol must remain within the designated beer garden area and is not permitted outside of that space. 🚫 Outside alcohol is not allowed and will be confiscated at the entrance. Enjoy responsibly and please don’t drink and drive —plan ahead for a safe ride home!

What does general admission mean?

General Admission (GA) provides access to our open lawn seating area, which does not have assigned seats. You are welcome to bring your own low-back chair, no taller than 24 inches. Please note that there will be designated chair-free zones in front of each stage for guests who prefer unobstructed views.

Is parking available onsite?

Yes! Parking is free at Remlinger Farms, we have acres of it, and we also offer ADA-accessible spaces and bike parking. We highly encourage carpooling, and arriving as early as possible to avoid any disruption to your concert experience. Overnight parking, including RVs, and overnight camping is not allowed.

What’s the policy on bags?

Bags must be clear and no larger than 12” x 6” x 12”. Small clutch bags under 6” x 9” are also permitted. Diaper bags and medical bags are exceptions but must go through inspection. All bags are subject to search upon entry.

Can I leave and return during the event?

No, re-entry is not permitted after leaving the venue.

Do young children need tickets?

Generally, everyone needs a ticket regardless of age. For Concerts here at Remlinger Farms, children 2 and under are free. There are exceptions. Some shows have a strict 18+ age policy; some children’s programs allow kids under 12 months free on a caregiver’s lap; and kids under 12 are free at THING festival at Remlinger Farms. Check your event’s show page for clarification. In general, we don’t recommend theatre events for children under four years of age. You can hold your baby/toddler on your lap as long as they are not disruptive, but, again, they need a purchased ticket unless otherwise noted.

Are there restrictions on taking photos or videos?

Professional cameras, drones, GoPros, and similar devices are not allowed without prior written approval. Selfie sticks, detachable lenses, and tripods are also prohibited.

Will seating be provided, or can I bring my own chair?

Chairs are provided for reserved seating. For General Admission ticket holders, you may bring in a low-back chair which is permitted but must adhere to the 24-inch height limit and cannot be used in chair-free zones.

Can I bring in medical supplies or baby bags that aren’t clear?

Absolutely. However, these items will need to be inspected and tagged at security. For prescription medications, the name on the prescription must match your ID.

What about food? Can I bring my own if I have dietary restrictions?

We offer a variety of dining options onsite to accommodate many dietary needs. Outside food and drink can be brought into the venue IF required due to a disability, medical requirements, and special needs. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to disabilities, medical conditions, and special needs should contact STG by emailing [email protected] or calling STG at 206-467-5510 x5 before attending the event to arrange reasonable accommodations.

Are the concerts family-friendly?

Most of our concerts are open to all ages and family-friendly. Check the details of specific events for any exceptions.

Are weapons or fireworks allowed?

Weapons of any kind and fireworks or other explosives are strictly prohibited at Remlinger Farms events, regardless of licenses or permits. This includes firearms, pepper spray, tasers, knives, fireworks, and similar items deemed dangerous by our security staff. Patrons attempting to bring these items will be asked to return them to their vehicles. Remlinger Farms will not hold or be responsible for any such items, and unattended items left outside the facility will be discarded for safety purposes.

What if I lose something? Is there a Lost and Found?

Designated spaces close to the entrance — display a valid placard or plate. ADA shuttles run from the main parking lot to the venue grounds.

Seating & listening

A dedicated ADA seating and listening section. The ADA GA lawn is an accessible general-admission lawn area, not a reserved seat.

Mostly flat terrain
